We are currently seeking a motivated, team oriented, and creative candidate who can excel in a small business/defense contracting environment.
Responsibilities
of the Position
CHI Systems is seeking a senior level candidate who has expertise in the fields of Training Technology Development, Software Usability, and Human Computer Interaction. The candidate will lead efforts in the development of training materials, GUI design, usability testing, and user documentation for new web-based military patrol planning, reporting, and intelligence analysis systems. The candidate will function as a senior technical member of an interdisciplinary team in a highly team-oriented environment. The candidate would be responsible for leading efforts in the area of advance training system development and usability evaluation and provide technical leadership over the development staff. This position is located at our Fort Washington, PA corporate headquarters.
Skills, Education
and Experience
Requirements:
- An MS or Ph.D. in Human Factors, Cognitive/Industrial Psychology, or Instructional Systems Design.
- Expertise in Software Training Technology and Human Computer Interaction.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Exposure to any type of programming, web development, or training authoring tools required.
- Familiarity with military software systems a plus.
- Present or the ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance required.
- Must be a team player, detail oriented, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Technical or project management experience a plus.
