Product Manager

Summary

CHI Systems is seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the commercialization of its medical-based training and simulation products developed for the US military and medical first responder communities.

The Product Manager will have the exciting role of bringing CHI’s haptics-based healthcare training products to market by leading the commercialization, launch, sales & marketing, and P&L management for training products that help soldiers and first responders save lives in the battlefield and in emergency medical situations.

Responsibilities of the Position

Responsibilities include:

Establishing partnering relationships; manufacturing;

Pricing strategy;

Transition to military acquisition as well as to commercial markets;

Marketing and sales, and IP protection.

Knowledge Requirements & Experience:

Requires bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or a related discipline with 10 years in medical training/simulation (hardware and software) product development/process, or masters degree with eight years related experience.

An MBA with product management/entrepreneurial experience in this domain is ideal.

Strong understanding of the emergency medicine and/or first responder training process pipeline, and technology support mechanisms;

In depth understanding of the product development process, including regulatory environments and hurdles, for medical training/simulation products in the US;

Minimum three years experience in a product manager role.

Demonstrated success in military product transition success preferred;

Knowledge of simulation- and/or haptics-based training systems helpful.

Knowledge of combat medic or first responder skills is helpful.

US Citizen able to obtain a security clearance.

This position is located in our Fort Washington, PA or Orlando, FL regional office and requires up to 30%-40% travel.
