This office provides services from the CHI Systems Command & Control/GIS Applications Practice, and the Software Engineering and Systems Integration Practice. The San Diego office is the primary developer of the C3Core software application, a fully object-oriented, plug-in based, command and control software suite that allows developers to select command, control, and battlefield visualization functions for stand-alone or third-party software applications. C3Core is available for most operating systems, including Windows NT and 2000, Linux, and Unix systems. The San Diego office's major clients include the U.S. Army Armaments Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Center (SPAWAR), and the U.S. Marine Corps.
